This offer, addressed to an indefinite group of physical and legal persons (hereinafter referred to as «Benefactors ») - to visitors of the site of the Charity organization KOLO US Foundation Inc on the Internet: https://www.kolo.charity/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site), and is an official and public offer of the Charity organization KOLO US Foundation Inc, registration code (hereinafter referred to as - Organization), in person of Chair of Board Oksana Zamfira whose work is based on the Statute, to enter into a contract for a charitable donation (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), the subject of which are the essential conditions indicated below:

1. Definition of terms:

Terms of Use – is a valid offer of the Organization, placed on the Site, for the purpose of offering a charitable donation, addressed to a limited number of people, including the Benefactor.Charitable donation - the implementation of voluntary monetary transfer by a benefactor for the achievement and implementation of the goals, tasks, directions and types of statutory activity of the Organization in accordance with the section 501(c )(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of the U.S.

2. Subject of the contract:


The benefactor independently determines the size of the donation.

3. Ways to make a charitable donation:

The benefactor decides on its own how to make a donation.

4. Acceptance of the Offer means that the Benefactor agrees with all its provisions and fully understands and agrees with the subject of the Agreement, with the purpose of public collection of donations and with the right of the Organization to use part of the Benefactor's donation for administrative expenses of the Organization, in an amount not greater than that provided for by the legislation of the U.S.

5.1. The organization has the right to:

to receive philanthropic donations and use them to achieve the goals, tasks, directions and types of statutory activity of the Organization in accordance with the Treaty, the Statute of the Organization and the Law of Ukraine «Pro philanthropic activity and charitable organizations»

5.2. The organization is obliged to:
to use received charitable donations in accordance with the subject matter and conditions of this Agreement under the section 501(c )(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of the U.S.;report on the use of charitable donations in the order specified by this Treaty and the current legislation of the U.S.

7. The benefactor has the right to control the intended use of the donation.

8. Location of public fund collection:

Public collection of charitable donations is held on the territory of any country in the world. 

9. The term of collection:

The public gathering of charitable donations continues until the moment of liquidation of the Organization, unless the other term is defined by the Organization.

10. Method of collection and order of use of charitable donations:

The organization will raise funds for the support of the Ukrainian people by financing various types of humanitarian assistance for the population and military assistance with the aim of preserving life and ensuring the protection of the territory of Ukraine, as well as the further construction of the infrastructure of the state.

The use of donations collected under the Agreement of Charity is carried out by purchasing and supplying various types of humanitarian aid directly.
